About Maddy Makes Games

Celeste arrived January 2018 on PC, Switch, PS4 and Xbox with PICO-8 Classic inside. Farewell chapter 9 arrived September 2019 free with 100 plus levels and 40 minutes of Lena Raine music.
Lani Trek arrived January 2021 free on itch as PICO-8 sequel with Celeste 64 arriving January 2024 free as 3D short. Maddy Inc retired in 2019 to Extremely OK Games with Earthblade announced 2021 then canceled January 2025 after IP dispute. No active main series remains with the team on small prototypes.
Good to know
Play Ascension, then Celeste, then Farewell. Skip original 2013 TowerFall since Ascension replaces it. Play Farewell only after clearing Celeste chapter 8 with no B sides needed. Treat Lani Trek and Celeste 64 as extras after the main three with no story impact. Earthblade stays out as canceled. Keep release order for the three.
