About Spelunky
Spelunky is the procedural cave roguelike that defined the genre's modern rules. The 2008 freeware original (play the 2012 HD remake) descends to Olmec. Spelunky 2 (2020) continues with Ana on the moon.
Release order is the tour. Daily challenges and mods live in the sequel now.

The HD remake is the version to play. Spelunky 2 assumes nothing from the plot.
