About Tron games
Tron 2.0 arrived in 2003 from Monolith with Jet digitized. Tron: Evolution followed in 2010 as a film prequel with Anon. Tron: Identity opened in 2023 from Bithell as visual novel detective with Query.
Arcade originals and RUN/r sit outside this story list. No next story game was dated. Play 2.0 first, then Evolution, then Identity. Each reboots the Grid with new users. The movies have their own watch order post. The light trails hum through every grid with neon buzz and disc clashes. The Identity choices branch through each interrogation with glowing text.
Good to know
These are standalone Grid stories with new casts, so release order is the practical path. 2.0 teaches shooter puzzles. Evolution teaches parkour discs. Identity teaches choice grids. Arcade and mobile minis are extras. The Tron film watch order post stays separate in movies. The list ends at three until a next story game is dated.
