About Yacht Club
Yacht Club opened with Shovel Knight Shovel of Hope in 2014 as an 8 bit revival. Plague of Shadows followed in 2015 with alchemy jumps, then Specter of Torment in 2016 slicing rails. King of Cards arrived in 2019 with card duels inside.
Showdown came in 2019 as a fighter extra, and Pocket Dungeon in 2021 mixed roguelike falls. The franchise guide covers this branch alone while this dev run shows the whole crew. Release order teaches the pogo and burst steps best. The pogo jumps and card duels carry every quest with chiptune joy.
Good to know
Play Hope first since the pogo grammar returns everywhere. Plague and Specter suit jump nights while King wants card patience. Showdown and Pocket suit party runs. The franchise guide pairs after for lore. No next game has a date yet, so the 2021 fall entry stays last until one lands. The Kickstarter love confirms the crew, so give Hope full attention.
