About 1920
1920 is Vikram Bhatt's period horror series about possessed houses, letters and priests. 1920 from September 2008 follows a couple in a Victorian haveli with exorcism roots. 1920: Evil Returns from November 2012 resets with poet Jaidev and Smriti in Shimla, and 1920 London from May 2016 moves to England with Sharad Kelkar.
1921 from January 2018 and 1920: Horrors of the Heart from June 2023 continue the pattern with fresh casts and spirits. The films share music directors, priests and mansion rules but no continuing characters, so any entry works alone once you know the possession setup.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order for 1920 worth listing, since every film starts fresh in a different year with new victims. Release order shows how effects and scale grew from 2008 to 2023. Start with the 2008 original for the classic haveli or Evil Returns for the best known sequel, then pick the rest by mood.
