About Adam Egypt Mortimer
Adam Egypt Mortimer debuted with Some Kind of Hate in 2015 about a bullied teen and a ghost. Daniel Isnt Real followed in 2019 with Miles sharing his head with an imaginary friend. Archenemy arrived in 2020 with Joe Manganiello claiming cosmic hero past.
The films share imaginary friends and neon but no plots link at all. Each runs pulpy on purpose. Release order shows his comics scripting eye hardening into features with the same ink intact throughout. The comics roots show in the neon inks and friend frights used throughout.
Good to know
Watch oldest to newest since each friend resets its host. Hate first sets the bully base for the run. Daniel suits head nights while Archenemy closes as the cosmic turn. No next feature has a date yet, so the 2020 hero film stays last until one is announced. The festival buzz confirms the voice, so give Daniel full attention.
