About The Beekeeper
The Beekeeper (2024) follows ex operative Adam Clay avenging a kind landlady against call center kings, opening January 12, 2024 from David Ayer with Jason Statham. The Beekeeper 2 is dated January 15, 2027 in the US and UK with Timo Tjahjanto directing and Statham returning for Amazon MGM and Miramax. It filmed September 26 to November 29, 2025 and sits in post.
The sequel assumes you know the Beekeeper program, the Eloise setup and the Verona chase. No third film has been announced. Watch the 2024 film first, then wait on 2027 once it lands, since the hive rules carry straight over.
Good to know
Release order is story order, with the sequel set after the 2024 burn. Do not start with part two, since it reuses the Danforth leak and the CIA waiver without recap. The first runs 105 minutes as revenge action, not mystery. Treat the franchise as waiting, with the January 2027 date set and post work underway.
