About Buchi Babu Sana
Buchi Babu Sana directs violent coastal romances with festival muscle. Uppena from 2021 set a fishermen caste clash to a National Award for Best Telugu Feature, launching its leads overnight. Peddi from June 2026 pairs Ram Charan with Shiva Rajkumar in a sports action drama scored by A R Rahman, streaming on Netflix from July.
The two share honor violence roots rather than characters. No third feature is announced. Watch Uppena first since its honor killing grammar teaches his escalation scale before the stadium sized Peddi.
Good to know
Release order is the only order since the two films share no story. Uppena works first because its village scale shows his craft before the star vehicle. Peddi released June 4, 2026 with Netflix following in July. No third Buchi Babu feature carries a title or date, so Peddi stays last. The A R Rahman score carries the stadium scale.
