About Charlotte's Web
Charlotte's Web opened March 1, 1973 as Hanna Barbera animation about Wilbur pig saved by Charlotte spider writing at Zuckerman farm. Charlotte's Web 2 Wilbur's Great Adventure arrived 2003 straight to video with lambs. The live action remake arrived December 15, 2006 with Dakota Fanning as Fern and Julia Roberts voicing Charlotte.
Stories retell E.B. White book separately with same farm beats, so any order works, but release order shows animation to live growth. No new film has been announced, so these three are complete with G ratings. All run about 90 minutes with farm songs.

Watch the 1973 animation first for Sherman songs and Templeton fun, then 2006 for live barn scale. The 2003 sequel follows Wilbur lambs and can be skipped on rush pass. The book holds more Avery and Arable chapters after for readers. All suit ages 5 plus with gentle death theme. All stream on family platforms.
