Victor Salva's first three films follow the Creeper, a winged creature that feeds for 23 days every 23rd spring, across one roadside hunt and a school bus siege.
Jeepers Creepers: Reborn (2022) reboots the story with a new cast at a horror festival, and shares no story link with the earlier films.
Good to know
The third film sits between the first two in story time despite arriving 14 years later. Reborn was announced as the start of a new trilogy, but a 2021 rights lawsuit stalled follow-ups with nothing dated as of September 17, 2026.
