Watch Order

About Munna Bhai
Munna Bhai follows a kind gangster and his sidekick Circuit bluffing into decency, first through medical college in M.B.B.S. and then through Gandhigiri in Lage Raho Munna Bhai. Both films pair Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi under Rajkumar Hirani with standalone plots and the same heart.
Watch M.B.B.S. first, then Lage Raho. The second film assumes the duo's chemistry but not its plot, so either works alone yet release order deepens the friendship. A third film has been discussed for over a decade without a locked script, so the pair stands complete. Songs and hospital gags stay constant across both.
Good to know
There is no plot bridge between the two films, because Munna restarts his con with the same sidekick. Release order still wins for the friendship beats and Hirani's growing confidence. The long delayed third film has cycled through titles without shooting, so expect the duology to hold. Tone stays warm comedy throughout, with the second film adding its history lessons.
