About Nora Ephron
Nora Ephron directed This Is My Life in 1992, then Sleepless in Seattle in 1993 and Mixed Nuts in 1994. Michael followed in 1996, You've Got Mail in 1998 and Lucky Numbers in 2000, a run of studio comedies built on talky leads.
Bewitched arrived in 2005 and Julie and Julia in 2009, her last feature, which pairs Julia Child in Paris with a modern blogger in Queens. Watch in release order. The films stand alone, and the order shows the move from New York romantic comedy toward food and biography.
Good to know
There is no shared continuity, so no chronological order exists. Sleepless in Seattle, You've Got Mail and Julie and Julia make the clearest starting trio. Ephron also wrote Silkwood, When Harry Met Sally and My Blue Heaven before directing, but this list covers only her directing work. The run closed with Julie and Julia in 2009, three years before her death in 2012.
