About Norman Wisdom
Norman Wisdom stars as Pitkin with Edward Chapman as Grimsdale across Rank comedies. Trouble in Store from December 1953 sets the shop boy chases to 4 million tickets. One Good Turn from 1955 and Man of the Moment from 1955 continue with orphan and TV gags.
Up in the World from 1956, Just My Luck from 1957 and The Square Peg from 1958 close with army and window plots to 1960. No further Pitkin run was made, so the six form the set with Grimsdale retired. Each film ends on a Pitkin fall and grin.

Watch the six in release order since Pitkin jobs and Grimsdale scolds carry over in spirit directly. Later films assume you know the S1 store trips and S2 orphan tricks from Rank years. Jobs reset each film but the underdog win builds throughout. Treat the 1960 peg as the planned close with no further Wisdom pairings dated.
