About Revenge of the Nerds
Revenge of the Nerds follows Lambda Lambda Lambda battling the Alpha Betas across Adams College, from the 1984 original through the Florida fraternity games of part two to the TV movie generations of parts three and four. The run spans a decade of nerd versus jock escalation.
Watch in release order. The sequels assume the Tri-Lamb victory and its heroes, with part three handing the torch to a new generation that part four continues. The TV entries play softer than the theatrical pair, so expect the tone to ease as the run goes on.
Good to know
Parts three and four aired on television with reduced budgets and new young casts around the returning founders. A theatrical remake has been attempted several times without reaching production. The four films form one continuity, with the original's campus war still the high point of the whole set.
