About Transporter
The Transporter films follow Frank Martin, a driver who moves packages with strict rules and no questions. The Transporter (2002) from Louis Leterrier introduces him in France with a human cargo twist. Transporter 2 (2005) moves to Miami around a kidnapped child. Transporter 3 (2008) chains him to a car with a bracelet bomb.
The Transporter Refueled (2015) recast Frank with Ed Skrein as a prequel about his father. A TV series with Chris Vane ran two seasons from 2012 to 2014 in the same spirit. No new film has been announced, leaving the run closed.
Good to know
Watch the three Statham films first in release order, then Refueled as a separate start if curious. The reboot contradicts details of the originals around Frank's father, so treat it as an alternate take rather than a strict prequel. The TV series borrows only the rules and the car, slotting nowhere required for the films.
