About Vikram Vedha
Vikram Vedha frames a cop and gangster through Vikram Betaal tales. The 2017 Tamil film stars Madhavan as Vikram and Vijay Sethupathi as Vedha in Chennai encounters. Each meeting ends with a moral tale that shifts the cop view.
The 2022 Hindi remake stars Saif Ali Khan and Hrithik Roshan with the same structure and new setting. Watch the Tamil original first, then the Hindi version to compare interrogations. The two share no continuity beyond the remake link, so order is about first telling then second.
Good to know
Release order works as original then remake with no shared timeline. The 2017 version runs about 147 minutes around Chennai police units. The 2022 version runs about 160 minutes with similar tale breaks. Both close the Vikram choice alone, so neither spoils beyond the known cop gangster shape. Start with 2017 for Pushkar Gayathri first staging, then 2022 for the Hindi take.
