About Alias Grace
Alias Grace premiered September 25, 2017 on CBC as six parts from Sarah Polley after Margaret Atwood with Mary Harron directing. Grace sews in Kingston pen while Dr Jordan probes Kinnear Montgomery kills with dreams and quilts and apples. Edward Holcroft plays Jordan with Anna Paquin as Nancy and Paul Gross.
Netflix dropped November 3, 2017 after TIFF preview with Sarah Polley scripts. No season 2 was ordered. Watch parts 1 through 6 straight, since the apple paring through hypnosis builds the pardon close.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order worth listing despite flashbacks. The 1843 kills through 1872 pardon play in broadcast order across six parts of about 45 minutes. Start at Part 1, since the prison sewing sets every later memory for Grace and Jordan. Treat the 2017 run as finished with praise.
