About Bad Sisters
Bad Sisters opens with John Paul dead and his sisters-in-law relieved, then rewinds to show the Garvey sisters and their many failed attempts to kill him. Sharon Horgan created it from the Belgian series Clan, keeping the two-timeline structure of present-day insurance investigators and past murder plots across 10 episodes in 2022.
The second season from November to December 2024 is all-new material past the Clan remake, with Grace dead and the surviving sisters covering up another mess across 8 episodes. Watch season one first. Every joke and suspicion in season two assumes you know exactly how JP died and who buried it.
Good to know
Air order is the only order. Season two opens two years after JP's death and spoils the first season's central mystery in its first scenes, so starting there would ruin the show's best trick. No third season has been announced, though Horgan keeps discussing one. Treat the 18 episodes as complete for now and check back if more gets ordered.
