About Behzat C.
Behzat C. follows a chain smoking, rule breaking Ankara homicide chief and his loyal team Harun, Hayalet, Eda and Akbaba as they work brutal murder cases. Grieving his daughter and clashing with brass, Behzat solves crimes his own way. Station politics and the Sule romance thread through every case. The early run covers the team forming and the first serial cases.
The middle stretch follows the Red Kit gang arc with two cinema films slotting between seasons. The closing run ends with the 2019 BluTV revival after the original 2010 to 2013 run. A landmark of Turkish crime TV across four seasons. Watch the seasons in air order with the films between them.
Good to know
Watch the seasons in air order with the two films after season two and three beats, since the movies carry canon cases referenced later. The team banter rewards strict sequence even though murders stand alone. The 2019 revival assumes the original ending, so do not start there. No further season has aired, so four seasons plus two films are complete. Track the Sule thread throughout.
