About Bless This Mess
Bless This Mess stars Lake Bell as Rio with Dax Shepard as Mike leaving New York for a Nebraska farm. Season one from April 2019 runs 16 episodes setting Bucksnort store with Ed Begley Jr and Pam Grier. Creators Bell and Elizabeth Meriwether keep each episode to one farm fail.
Season two from September 2019 runs 20 more to the May 2020 finale after ABC cancellation with baby stakes. The second run closes Rio, Mike and Kay arcs with no threads left. Watch both for the complete farm run with calm payoffs.
Good to know
Watch season one then season two with no skipping, since Rio farm fears and Mike city past carry over directly. Season two assumes you know the S1 storm loss and store debts from early moves. Gags reset weekly but the Bucksnort love builds throughout. Treat the S2 finale as the planned close after the cancellation news.
