Watch series one through three in broadcast order. The show is episodic with a steady ensemble, so order matters for the running jokes more than any arc. The run ended with Dermot Morgan's death rather than a designed finale, which is why the last episodes carry an unintended farewell weight.

No revival is possible or planned: Morgan died in 1998 just after the final series, and the surviving cast have ruled out returning.
