About FUBAR
FUBAR follows CIA man Luke Brunner pulled back for one last job when he learns Emma works the same desk. Season 1 (2023) runs 8 episodes from May 25, 2023 on the Boro arms deal and the family reveal. Season 2 (2025) runs 8 episodes from June 12, 2025 with Carrie-Anne Moss as ex lover Greta and a Russia trip tease.
Nick Santora created the Netflix action comedy for Skydance with Arnold Schwarzenegger in his first TV lead. Netflix cancelled it August 1, 2025 after soft season 2 views, ending on a Tina double agent cliffhanger. Watch in broadcast order, since the Emma secret and the Greta history only land in sequence.
Good to know
Broadcast order is story order, with no anthology reset. Season 1 sets the retirement, the wedding and the Boro burn that season 2 reuses. Season 2 filmed April to August 2024 in Toronto and assumes you know Aldon, Roo and Barry. Treat season 2 as the ending, since Netflix will not resolve the Russia dare. The 16 episodes play as one cancelled run.
