About El Ministerio del Tiempo
El Ministerio del Tiempo follows present day recruit Julian Martinez joining agents Alonso de Entrerrios and Amelia Folch, who guard doors through Spanish history from a secret office. Each mission steps into a different century, stopping time meddlers while agents wrestle with their own pasts. The early run covers the recruitment and the history rules.
The middle stretch follows new recruits, the Darrow spy arc and missions into artistic history with bigger paradoxes. The closing run ends the 2015 to 2020 story with the ministry future secured across four seasons and 42 episodes. A flagship of Spanish science fiction from TVE. Good to know
Watch all four seasons in air order, since agent backstories and the Darrow arc build across years even though missions stand alone. The season three delay means a long in universe gap, which the show addresses directly. No film or spinoff continues the patrol, so the 42 episodes are complete. Track the door rules early because later paradoxes test them. The 2020 finale closes the doors cleanly.
