About Monarch: Legacy of Monsters
Monarch: Legacy of Monsters (2023 to 2024) follows the Randa siblings digging into the secret Monarch agency across two timelines. The 1950s thread tracks young Randa, Keiko and Shaw founding the Hollow Earth files. The 2010s thread follows Cate and Kentaro chasing Godzilla clues across 10 episodes.
Watch in broadcast order since the dual timelines converge on the same island secret. Season 1 aired November 2023 to January 2024 on Apple TV Plus. Flashbacks and present hunts intercut by design toward the finale rift. A second season was announced to continue the Kong and Titan setup, so treat season 1 as the complete aired run and continue with season 2 next.
Good to know
Season 1 runs 10 episodes alternating 1950s origin work with the 2010s sibling hunt. Godzilla appears in key bookend battles while the show focuses on Monarch agents and family secrets. No spinoff splits the season. Watch all 10 in order, then follow the announced second season for the Skull Island aftermath and the Titan files teased in the finale rift scenes.
