One Day at a Time reboot follows nurse Penelope Alvarez raising Elena and Alex with Lydia in Los Angeles plus Schneider. Season 1 from 2017 sets the quince across 13 episodes, season 2 widens church and coming out arcs, season 3 tackles addiction and college, and season 4 on Pop TV closes with census and wedding across 7 episodes.
