About The Closer
The Closer ran seven seasons from 2005 to 2012 on TNT, following Deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson, who closes tough LAPD homicide cases with charm and steel. Brenda leads Provenza, Flynn, Gabriel and Tao while dating FBI agent Fritz and dodging Pope politics. Early seasons set the closing room tactics, the team friction and the serial killer threads.
