The Nevers follows Amalia and Penance sheltering powered women in Victorian London. Part 1 ran 6 episodes from April to May 2021 on HBO ending with True, a future flashback that reframes the mission. HBO cancelled it in December 2022 and pulled it from Max.
Part 2 dropped 6 episodes across two days in February 2023 on Tubi, ending with I Will Be Seeing You. All 12 were produced as one season. Watch episodes 1 through 12 in order. True belongs sixth despite the time jump. No second season has been announced as of September 2026.
Good to know
Do not move True first despite its future setting. It was made as the midseason turn and spoils nothing out of place, while moving it ruins the first five reveals. Release order is the intended path across HBO then Tubi. The 12 episodes form a complete arc that ends open but with no continuation ordered.
