About The Steve Harvey Show
The Steve Harvey Show aired from August 1996 to February 2002 with 122 episodes by Stan Lathan for The WB, following former singer Steve Hightower teaching at Booker T Washington High. Early runs build class scams with Cedric, Regina and student turns, while later runs carry love, job and grad plots with steady school growth.
The show kept class-of-week plots with light serial growth that still reads best in order. Watch seasons one through six in broadcast order, since job standing, couple status and student ties stack across years and the close lands best with that chain intact. The class jokes reward straight viewing.
Good to know
Watch seasons one through six in broadcast order, since school roles and couple beats assume sequence even though most class plots stand alone. Later grad arcs need the early Steve setup to make sense, so skipping ahead loses why the class trusts him. No film sits in the chain, so the 122 episode list is complete. The WB run ended in 2002 with no revival ordered since.
