About The Witcher
Netflix’s Witcher universe centers on Geralt of Rivia, Yennefer and Ciri across four released seasons, with Liam Hemsworth taking over Geralt in season 4. Around the main show sit two animated films and two live-action offshoots that fill earlier eras of the Continent.
Blood Origin is set twelve centuries before the main story and Nightmare of the Wolf follows young Vesemir, while Sirens of the Deep slots inside season 1 and The Rats bridges seasons 3 and 4. First-time viewers should use release order, since the spinoffs assume you know the leads. A fifth and final season is expected in 2027.
