About Blood
Blood tracks Saya Otonashi hunting chiropteran monsters with katana across eras. Last Vampire in 2000 runs 48 minutes at Yokota base, Blood Plus from 2005 runs 50 episodes through Okinawa to New York, and Blood-C in 2011 runs 12 episodes plus 2012 film with CTTC shrine resets.
Watch Last Vampire first for Saya sword rules before Plus widens them. Blood-C plays as a separate reboot rather than a Plus sequel, so treat it last as an alternate. No new Blood has been dated, which leaves the film plus two TV lines as the set.
Good to know
Release order keeps sword reveals intact with base first and shrine last. Blood Plus sets Diva rivalry slowly through school trips, so give it ten episodes. Blood-C assumes no Plus knowledge, which makes saving it for last work best. Treat The Last Dark film as the C close with Saya fate settled and no reboot pending.
