About Claymore
Claymore adapts Norihiro Yagi's manga about silver-eyed warrior Clare hunting Yoma for the Organization. The series aired 26 episodes in 2007 from Madhouse, following the manga through Pieta before diverging into an anime-original ending around Priscilla. The manga finished with 27 volumes in 2014, continuing far past the anime's stopping point.
No sequel has been announced, leaving the TV ending as an alternate close rather than the canon one. The northern war plays as the divergence point, with the manga's later continents staying unadapted.
Good to know
Watch all 26 episodes in broadcast order, since the Teresa flashback and the Pieta charge assume the run. Treat the final episodes as an alternate ending once the divergence starts around the northern campaign. To continue the true story, pick up the manga around volume 12 where the anime leaves the canon path.
