GetBackers follows Ginji and Ban, recovery agents who retrieve anything for a fee across jobs that spiral into Babylon City plots. The anime runs 49 episodes from 2002 to 2003, covering the early retrievals, the Kami no Kijitsu tournament, the Venus de Milo theft and the Kiryuudo quest.
