About Honey and Clover
Honey and Clover follows Takemoto, Morita, Mayama and Yamada around Hagu at art school with Hanamoto guidance. Season 1 from 2005 runs 24 episodes through Ferris wheel and temple arcs. Season 2 in 2006 runs 12 episodes through job hunts and Hagu hand surgery to the graduation close.
Watch season 1 first since atelier bonds and crushes stack straight into season 2. The manga by Umino ends near the anime close, so readers finish close after episode 36. No sequel anime has been dated, which leaves the JC Staff pair as the set.
Good to know
Broadcast order is story order with part II as direct part two. Season 1 sets art school rules slowly through shared rooms, so give it eight episodes. Season 2 assumes the Hagu hand stakes, which makes skipping costly. Treat episode 36 as the anime close with the manga final volumes as the continuation.
