About K
K follows Yashiro hunted by color Kings in modern Japan. Season 1 ran 13 episodes late 2012, with Missing Kings film in July 2014 continuing directly. Return of Kings ran 13 episodes late 2015 billed as the ending.
Seven Stories ran 6 parts across July to December 2018 mixing prequels and sequel, with Idol K shorts as parody. Chronological order would start at Lost Small World and Blaze before season 1, but that spoils who the Kings are. Watch season 1, film, season 2, then Seven Stories. No new anime has been announced since 2018.
Good to know
Timeline order would run episode 4 and parts 1 through 5 before season 1, but release order keeps reveals where GoHands put them. Seven Stories parts 1 through 5 look back while part 6 moves forward, so they belong last. The story ends closed with Circle Vision. No continuation has been dated as of September 2026.
