About Kengan Ashura
Kengan Ashura follows Ohma Tokita fighting for the Nogi Group in underground matches where companies settle disputes in the ring. Season 1 covers 24 episodes across July and October 2019 and ends deep into the Annihilation Tournament. Season 2 picks it up with 12 episodes in September 2023 and 16 more in August 2024 to close the tournament.
The Baki Hanma versus Kengan Ashura film from June 2024 is a standalone crossover and not canon to either series. The manga sequel Kengan Omega has no anime announced as of September 2026. Watch parts 1 through 4 in order, then the film as a bonus.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order for Kengan Ashura. The story is one tournament told in order, so release order is the only list. The crossover film released two months before the finale but belongs after it, since it treats both casts as complete. Kengan Omega continues the manga two years later with no anime date yet.
