About Ragna Crimson
Ragna Crimson follows Ragna, a weak dragon hunter who inherits the strength and memories of his future self to fight the winged monarchs ruling humanity. He joins forces with Crimson, a mysterious strategist plotting to kill all dragons. The anime adapts Daiki Kobayashi's manga in a single 24-episode run that aired from 2023 to 2024.
The first cour establishes Ragna's partnership and the assault on the Ultema monarch. The second cour jumps forward after a major battle and follows the altered timeline without resetting the cast. The manga continues beyond the anime, so the adaptation ends mid-story but completes a clear opening arc.
Good to know
Watch episodes one through twenty-four in order. The series aired as two cours with a short break, but the story is continuous and should not be treated as two separate seasons. The mid-point time-skip is intentional, and watching the second half first would spoil who survives the first assault. Readers wanting the full war should continue with the manga after finishing the anime run.
