About Sasaki and Peeps
Sasaki and Peeps (2024) stars Sasaki, a tired office worker whose pet Java sparrow Peeps turns out to be a reincarnated sage from another world. Trading modern goods between worlds makes Sasaki rich while pulling him into psychic battles, a magical girl neighbor and government agencies. Season 1 adapts the early light novel volumes across 12 episodes.
Watch season 1 in broadcast order since the store, the otherworld trade and the esper fights interlock by the finale. The 12 episodes aired January to March 2024 and end at a clean pause before larger novel arcs. A second season was announced to continue the novel story.
Good to know
Season 1 runs 12 episodes and adapts the opening novel volumes through the esper agency clash. The show blends office comedy, isekai trading and psychic action, so expect tone shifts between episodes. No film or OVA exists, so the TV season is the whole adaptation so far. Watch all 12 in order, then follow the announced second season for the later novel volumes and the neighbor storyline.
