About Sound of the Sky
Sound of the Sky follows Kanata in 2010 across twelve episodes joining the Helvetian army trumpet platoon. Early episodes set the fortress routines, the festival and the first patrols.
The middle run follows the ghost tank and the desert past. The closing run ends on the fire festival finale. Two OVAs extend the edges. Watch the TV run first, then the OVAs. A-1 Pictures stages the music as the plot, so the trumpet cues only land in sequence. Kanata, Rio and Noel anchor the platoon. The fortress routines repeat daily.
Good to know
Watch TV episodes 1 through 12 before the two OVAs. The run aired in winter 2010 with no sequel, so the twelve plus two stand as the run. The Amazing Grace thread returns. Start with episode 1. The Amazing Grace thread runs through every episode. The fortress calm frames the war past, so order holds throughout.
