Summer Pockets starts with the 2018 visual novel about Hairi Takahara returning to Torishirojima for the summer. The 2025 anime adapts that summer across two cours, with part 1 covering the island setup and part 2 closing the Shiroha and time threads.
Play or read the story first if possible, then watch anime part 1 and part 2 in order. The anime assumes the island cast is familiar and moves fast through routes. The two cours aired from April to September 2025 as one run, with series writer Jun Maeda involved.
