About Mr. Tonegawa
Mr. Tonegawa Middle Management Blues is Madhouse's 2018 Kaiji spinoff about the Teiai middle manager squeezed between Hyodo and the debtors. Twenty-four episodes aired July 4 to December 26, 2018 on the AnichU block, adapting the manga's black suit agony. One October broadcast was hijacked by the sister spinoff Hanchou with the same staff.
The run is a single closed season with no sequel. Kaiji knowledge helps with the Hyodo menace but the suffering is self contained. Watch the ranges below in order since the project approvals and the suit pressings stack across the half year.

Watch episodes 1 through 24 in order. The middle management gauntlet builds across the season, so the finale only lands with the approvals behind it. The Hanchou hijack episode aired October 9 inside this slot and plays as a bonus either side. No second season exists. The manga runs past the anime for readers who want more suit agony.
