About Whistle!
Whistle! adapts Daisuke Higuchi's manga about Sho Kazamatsuri leaving Musashi no Mori for Sakura Josui to play. The 39 episodes aired May 5, 2002 to February 3, 2003.
No sequel was made with the tournament closed. Treat the 39 as a finished run. Watch episodes 1 through 39 in order. The training and match threads only resolve if you track each game week to week through the school year. The whistle blasts cut through every match with sneaker squeaks and crowd roars. The cleats dig through every muddy practice with shouts.
Good to know
