About Archibalds Next Big Thing
Archibald Next Big Thing debuted on Netflix in 2019 for 26 episodes about Archibald Strutter, a cheerful chicken who leaves home to see the world. Season 1 pairs road gags with brother Sage, Bea and Finly across towns, fairs and odd jobs with songs.
Season 2 followed in 2020 to 2021 with new jobs, maps and family visits while keeping upbeat songs and kind morals. The show keeps gentle humor on trying again after flops and lost plans for kids. Watch Season 1 first for home setup, then Season 2 for wider trips and songs. The run ended in 2021 with no third season announced as of 2026 for fans now.
Good to know
Start with Season 1 to meet Archibald, Sage and home rules before road episodes. Season 2 assumes the leaving home choice and adds jobs that call back to early flops. Episodes stand alone, but release order keeps character growth and songs clear. The Netflix run closed in 2021 with specials included in season counts, so these two seasons cover the full story.
