About Blue's Clues
Blue's Clues is Nickelodeon's preschool mystery show where hosts find paw print clues with Blue. The original ran six seasons from September 1996 with Steve Burns, then Donovan Patton as Joe with the same house. Blue's Room with two seasons from 2004 follows Blue talking with puppets.
Blue's Clues and You from November 2019 reboots with Josh Dela Cruz for five seasons to 2024 on Nick Jr. The clue game, mailbox and thinking chair stay fixed while hosts change. Each era replays the format for a new age group.
