About Garfield and Friends
Garfield and Friends follows Garfield with Odie and Jon plus U.S. Acres animals Orson, Wade and Bo across farm and house gags. Early seasons from 1988 set lasagna, mail and barnyard rules. Gags stand alone but crew bonds build.
Later seasons continue to 1994 with new shorts, friends and the final run. The films are a separate adaptation and are not part of this series list. Watch seasons one through seven in order, since crew jokes assume the early house. Shorts stand alone per gag, but house and farm rules grow with each season across the seven years.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order, since house and farm gags run in sequence with no flashback seasons. Early seasons set lasagna and fence rules that later seasons reuse. Skipping ahead loses who met whom and why the farm matters. The show is episodic per short, but the crew needs order. Start at season one.
