About The Little Lulu Show

The Little Lulu Show opened in late 1995 on HBO and CTV about Lulu, Tubby and Annie adapting Marge comics. Season 1 ran 6 episodes with 18 segments, season 2 ran 20 episodes with 60 segments through 1996 with school and club plots.

Season 3 ran 26 episodes with 78 segments from 1998 to February 1999 through a German co production with TMO Loonland. Tracey Ullman voiced Lulu in season 1 with Jane Woods taking over later for the rest. No revival has filmed, with the 52 episodes holding 156 segments in total.

Good to know

Watch seasons 1 through 3 in order from start to finish. Segments stand alone, so the rule is light, but Tubby club plots recur enough to reward sequence viewing. The voice change between seasons 1 and 2 is the only jolt for newcomers. Any three segments show the formula, the full run shows the comic range.
