About Motormouse and Autocat

Motormouse and Autocat follows racing mouse Moto and cat Auto trading wins across shorts. Season 1 from 1969 sets the car builds, the pit stops, and the weekly finish trick with road gags.

Season 2 from 1970 to 1971 keeps the same race with new tracks, traps, and finish twists. William Hanna and Joseph Barbera produced with Hoyt Curtin score, loud spinning tires, fast checkered flags, pit crews, derby cups, and engine roars. Watch in release order since finishes repeat. It closed in 1971 inside the Cattanooga block.

Good to know

There is no separate chronological order for Motormouse and Autocat worth listing, since shorts are standalone and release order is the only path. The car rules stay fixed, so any short works alone. Watch season 1 first for racer setup, then season 2 freely. Checkered flags and pit crew tricks need season 1 setup.
