About Mulligan
Mulligan follows Matty Mulligan, a working class hero left running Earth after aliens destroy most humans, opening May 2023 with 10 episodes. He leans on ex wife Lucy, scientist Simon, priest Todd and alien Axatrax while rebuilding from a laundromat base in dried Vegas.
Part 2 added 10 episodes in May 2024, testing his shaky presidency with Mars colony plots, cult uprisings and election fallout. Watch part 1 first, then part 2 in order. Release order matches story order, since every rebuilding gag assumes the invasion deaths and crew roles are fully known. The pacing stays steady, with each part adding faces while keeping the core tone clear.
Good to know
Start with the 10 episode 2023 part to learn Matty, Lucy and the alien invasion rules. Part 2 runs 10 episodes in 2024 with more serialized presidency plots and Mars trips, so watch in order for payoff. Episodes run about 25 minutes with quick cutaway jokes. No special sits between parts, so the 20 episode run is complete with no third part announced.
