About Army of Two
Army of Two centers on private military pair Salem and Rios built for two player tactics. The 2008 debut from EA Montreal launched March 4 on PS3 and Xbox 360 with aggro meter co op. The 40th Day followed January 12, 2010 in Shanghai with deeper weapon custom builds, plus a PSP version.
Devil Cartel closed the run March 26, 2013 from Visceral on Frostbite 2 in Mexico against La Guadana, with new leads Alpha and Bravo. Comics and a graphic novel fill gaps between games but the three discs hold the core plot.

Story order matches release order across five years of EA shooters. The first two star Salem and Rios, while Cartel shifts to new operators with Salem as a broken mentor, so expect a cast handoff. Co op is close to required throughout, since solo AI misses flanks and revive timing that a human covers.
