About MadWorld
MadWorld launched in 2009 on Wii with PlatinumGames turning Varrigan City into a game show. Jack Cayman chainsaws through six stages of commentators and traps using the remote. Anarchy Reigns followed in 2012 as a multiplayer brawler bringing Jack back with Bayonetta staff cameos.
The sequel drops the black and white look for online arenas across Altambra city. Story stays thin on purpose, with announcer jokes over plot beats. Play solo first, then take the sequel online or with bots for the full roster.
Good to know
Play MadWorld before Anarchy Reigns since moves and jokes return often here. The Wii remote swings need space, so set up first at home. Anarchy Reigns servers are gone, so use bot matches for the roster endings now here. No third game has been announced, so the two game run is complete and stable today.
