About Sly Cooper
Sly Cooper began with Sucker Punch's Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus (2002) about raccoon thief Sly reclaiming his family book from the Fiendish Five. Band of Thieves (2004) expands the gang against the Klaww Gang, and Honor Among Thieves (2005) closes the Clockwerk saga in Holland. Thieves in Time (2013) from Sanzaru sends the gang through history after the Cooper vault.
Sucker Punch moved to inFAMOUS and Ghost after 2005 with no new Sly dated as of 2026, despite anniversary ports to PS Plus. The cartoonish stealth and the Bentley-Murray banter stay consistent across all four, with Thieves in Time ending on a Paris cliffhanger.
Good to know
Play one through four in release order, since the Fiendish Five pages, the Clockwerk parts and the vault all carry forward. Honor Among Thieves ends Sly's memory in a way Thieves in Time directly continues, so do not skip the third game. The 2013 ending dangles a sequel that never came, which stings less when expected going in.
