About Sly Cooper
This Sly Cooper play order runs in release order, which is also story order for the Cooper Gang. The Sly Collection is the modern way to play the first three games, while Thieves in Time closes the current story.
Good to know
Sanzaru said in November 2014 that it was not developing a new Sly game, and no sequel has been announced since. Bentley's Hackpack is a mini game set from Thieves in Time, so it is optional unless you want every hacking challenge.
